1.Local Delivery Only

All kittens are available for possession handover exclusively at our facility in Faisalabad, Pakistan. No shipping, mailing, or external transportation services are provided or permitted. Buyers must arrange to collect the kitten in person.

2.Payment Terms

Payments are accepted strictly via cash on delivery at the time of possession handover. No online payments, bank transfers, credit cards, or alternative methods are accepted. Full payment is required before possession is transferred.

3.Possession Handover Process

Buyers must present valid government-issued identification (e.g., CNIC) upon arrival.A Possession Transfer Form will be completed and signed by both parties, documenting the kitten's details, buyer's information, and handover date. Possession transfer occurs only after payment verification, form signing, and confirmation of the kitten's health status.

4.Health and Welfare Guarantees

Each kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to handover and provided with a basic health certificate. We guarantee the kitten is free from congenital defects at the time of handover. Buyers assume full responsibility for the kitten's ongoing health, vaccinations, and care post-handover.

5. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final upon possession handover and signing of the Possession Transfer Form. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued for change of mind, allergies, or lifestyle changes.

6.Buyer Responsibilities

Ensure suitability of home environment for the kitten, including space, diet, and socialization needs. Comply with all local, provincial, and federal animal welfare laws in Pakistan.

7.Liability Limitations

Little Felines is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, allergies, or damages arising post-handover. Products are sold "as is," and our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Faisalabad.

9.Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of changes.
